It is our great pleasure to announce the 2010 IEEE Conference on Open Systems (ICOS2010) to be held in Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA. between the 5 - 7 December 2010. The conference will be organized to invite international delegates, to share their latest research findings besides getting to know Malaysia.
ICOS2010 is organized by IEEE Malaysia Computer Chapter and co-organised by IEEE Malaysia PEL/IE/IA Joint Chapter. The Proceedings of 2010 IEEE Conference on Open Systems (ICOS2010) will be included in the IEEE Xplore database.
Papers on original works are solicited on a variety of topics, including but not limited to the following conference tracks:
* Educational Applications
* Industrial and Medical Applications
* Web and Content Management Applications
* Games and Robotics
* Remote Sensing and GIS Applications
* Enterprise Computing
* Information Retrieval and Knowledge Management
* Methodologies, Tools and Next Generation Applications

Exhibitors will include participants from commercial firms and organizations involved in the manufacturing, sales or distribution of electronics equipment and professional or technical services.
