Submission
Authors are invited to submit papers of up to 10 pages in a PDF file, complying with the ACM conference proceedings format, through Easychair. Detailed information can be found here: http://www.valuetools.org/2009/submission.shtml
Publication and awards
The event is organized by ICST in cooperation with the ACM Special Interest Group on performance evaluation (SIGMETRICS), the Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS) and Movimento Italiano Modellazione e Simulazione (MIMOS). Accepted papers will be made available in the ACM Digital Library and the European Union Digital Library EUDL. Best papers, after further reviews, will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Performance Evaluation Journal and on the Discrete Events Dynamic Systems Journal. A Best Paper and Best Student Paper will be selected by peer reviews and will be acknowledged with awards presented during the social event.
