The Academic Site of Velonis I. Petros

OPNET IT Guru Academic Edition is a freeware simulator provided by OPNET and is really useful if you are not looking for new technologies like 802.11n but for old and established technologies like ATM, Frame Relay etc. I would say that it is a very old version of OPNET Modeler because OPNET Modeler is a really powerfull simulator and corresponds to everything new. Its abilities of course make it a really expensive option, I think 11 thousand Euros.

I wrote a small manual in Greek language along with some excersises. It is full of screenshots so you may understand it - it depends on you - even if you don't know how to read Greek.
